Business Communication Specialist

Kaz Matamura, media trainer to corporate executives, athletes and public figures, has been training public speakers in the US and in Japan, utilzing her theatre back ground. In Los Angeles, she has been teaching Japanese instructors in academic environment how to teach Japanese more effectively, while making the culture more accessible to youth. She is also a co-owner of the Secret Rose Theatre in North Hollywood. As a founder of the non-profit Fire Rose Productions, she has produced over fifty events and festivals, established student exchange programs, and formed children’s readers theatre at local libraries and free children's arts classes. Fire Rose Productions has created and manages three theatre companies: New Rose Ensemble, Mini Rose Ensemble and Arigato Kai, a Japanese language performing troup. She is also a classical Japanese Dance master of the Fujima Souke school under the guidance of the renowned Fujima Kansuma.
